  3. Fanclub: Who is your audience, where are they and what do you want them to think of you? (tools: Targeting, segmentation, positioning and image building)

  4. Communication: How do you sell yourself or your projects? (tools: Marketing mix, Promotion mix)

  5. Management overview: What needs to be done? (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Fundraising, Organisation, Production, Administration, ...)

  6. Activity list: Who does what? (roles and tasks for you, your colleagues, friends, family and other partners)
